Whether your dog is a valued show or breeding dog, or your partner in dog sports, Canine Myofunctional Therapy can assist in improving and maintaining your dog’s overall health and wellbeing.
The rigours of training and competition can take a toll on our dogs. They need to be prepared to regularly perform at their best and this can only be maximised when the dog’s whole system is in balance. When used in conjunction with a suitable diet, regular exercise and appropriate care from other health professionals, Canine Myofunctional Therapy can help your dog maintain supple and strong musculature which supports the skeletal structure and works in an integrated manner with your dogs entire system to create the required balance.
I hold a Certificate in Canine Myofunctional Therapy (CMT) from the National College of Traditional Medicine. While I have limited time due to my own dog’s training and competition schedules, I am able to treat a small number of dogs each month either at your home or at a trial/show by prior arrangement. Please contact me if you wish to book a treatment.
